The general assembly of members is the supreme body of the union is to decide for each case that does not fall within the jurisdiction of another body.

In accordance with the provisions of the statute the BOARD meets once a month and the general assembly shall be convened as a regular once a year, and extraordinary meetings as required by the par.4 no.14 of the statute.

The economic control of the union shall be exercised for each administrative use by the elected audit committee of the general assembly.
